The Sunday gurls says Happy new year!!
Participating in the foam party at Sentosa for New Year’s countdown doesn’t sound as exciting as a year back somehow. So this year, the Sunday gurls decided to shun the New year crowd at all places threatening to explode with throngs of human beings; we stayed indoors at Aimin’s & had a pleasing countdown over steamboat =)
Uber peaceful but totally gratifying!
Steamboat floats our boat!
1. Aimin’s totally yummylicious home made fried wonton! Her family owns this legendary wonton noodle stall at old airport road okay? & yep, their’s is the original stall no doubt. The stall beside her family’s is a big fat copycat & a piece of trash =X
2. Wenyan’s leg. The most yummylicious of all LOL! Relax! I’m just kidding can?
3. Chinese cabbages. Juicy bites when boiled really soft *Drools*
4. Quail’s eggs.
5. Mayo as wonton dips. Not good for thighs.
6. I only know this is some kind of clam. Supposedly belonging to the same family as abalones. Help me identify it anyone?
7. Sunkist orange juice.
8. narcissus brand mushrooms.
& the pot itself consists of main ingredients like chicken meat, chicken balls.. Erm I mean chicken meat balls, fishballs, egg & egg toufu.
The reunion dinner.
Does it kinda freak u out seeing all of us in the same hairstyles?
I know, I know we look like complete aunties at some hungry ghost festival ge tai dinner, who would scream YAAAAAAMMM SENG!!! any moment; but gurls are 100times worst than this back at their home sweet home.
Of course guys, if u had always think that ur girlfriend is the sweetest princess, u can choose not to believe me =)
What’s better than counting down over sticks of sparkles?
However alone we might be left at home during the big New Year, our exhilaration beats the entire sentosa! Don’t play play.
Infact, we got so high we took hell loads of incredibly disturbing pictures (without being under any influence of alcohol)…

Trust me, this is not all but I’ll show mercy.
Seems that on the 1st day of 2006, so many people prayed for good luck that lady luck ran out of her magic when it comes to Liannie…
Our poor gurl Liannie fell down twice on New Year’s Day itself! The first on the stairs in Aimin’s house, planting this sore looking bruise on one of her knee. Then followed by the second fall that literally scrapped her limbs really badly with no mercy at the courtyard.
The rest of us had a shock of our lives witnessing Liannie rolled over twice from the courtyard out onto the private driveway. I thought I felt a goosebumpy stir in me when I saw that she’s bleeding quite a lot. Anyways, we managed to help her upstairs & dressed up her wounds with bandages. Good thing Aimin’s got an older sis with a remarkable level of first aid knowledge. Oh yep, our heroine Aimin piggybacked Liannie all the way up to the bedroom; just in case u want to know how almost crippled Liannie darling get upstairs to wash up.
Anyways Liannie, I hope u’ll get well soon! & Just in case u’re thinking that u might have a bad year ahead, snub that thought right away! Like what Wenyan has mentioned, seeing red means we’re so gonna ‘huat ar huat ar’ this year =)
