How does a 14 hour's sleep sound? :D
Came back from heather's place yesterday afternoon. I thought I could survive on only a few hours of sleep & blog in è afternoon but no- I was too tired to go online. I slept at 11pm & woke up at 2pm today... So forgive me for blogging late :D
I'm gonna talk about Thursday- About our super-duperly fun 2e2 gathering :D Oh no, this post is gonna be real long-winded heehee.
Woke up at 10 on Thursday morning, only caught 5 hours of sleep cos I turned in late at 5am è night before. Have to bathe, wait for my hair to dry, then set off at 11:45am cos I'm meeting heather at 12:15pm to get Siting's birthday present. I thought initially we'll take a long time to choose è present but surprisingly we bought it at our 1st stop which is Perlini's silver. è silver star bracelet we got for her was so pretty Heather & me fell in love with it at è 1st sight :) We're left with so much time to spare so we window shopped around tampines central until time.
At around 1pm, everyone arrived & we were as noisy as a market. Took mrt & had fun taking pictures in it LOL! Check them out at è Photos galore section :D Managed to reach bugis in time to meet up Venice & Siting. Oh I love Venice's Hairstyle! Looks fabulous on her :D (Talking about hair, Xueyang's hair's funky too :)) I'm glad Siting likes è present we bought for her, she better like it or else... hehehehe~ *cracking my knuckles*
Okay back to è topic.
Catch 3:15pm's Finding Nemo together with Siting, Ning & Heather. Well, è rest wanna watch Ju-On while Venice went shopping for her friend's B'day present. She had watched Finding Nemo & she don't wanna watch Ju-on. Gosh I love Finding Nemo! I've never stopped laughing throughout è movie & I must say è graphics are fantastic! Haha, my $6.50 spent was worthwhile ;) I love è seagulls which goes "Mine Mine Mine" & è school of silvery fishes which shaped & reshaped themselves into funny objects- oh so cuuuuute! :D Okie only those who'd watched that movie knows what I'm talking about :)
Met up è "Ju-on people" after our movie ended. Loitered at bugis for awhile before deciding to go for a game of pool around ulu-ated katong area. Most of us didn't play but enjoyed ourselves all è same sitting there & chatting/bitching while watching some of our experts play :D Khasrul didn't join us at pool so we met him up at tampines central ard 8 or 9 plus, I forgot.
è guys bought lychees from dunno where & ate them on è bus (I had 2 or 3) on è way to changi village to have our supper. Somehow some of us irritated some gay looking NS man on è bus with some stuff, erm, lychees perhaps? & one of è NS gays hurled vulgarites on us. I dunno what happened & what he's talking about, I only heard lotsa "fuck/fucking-s" coming out from his filthy mouth for umpteen times which is erm, not at all nice to my ears. Sean was like "we said sorry already right?" Well, Sean's being polite. Should we choose to be unreasonable & initiated a quarrel or fight, we'll out number them & we had 2 Taekwondo guys in our group. Plus what should those 2 NS men tell their sergeant if they got into a fight? Are they going to admit they got into a fight over erm, lychees??? LOL -er hem- okay let's be peace loving. I didn't say anything & looked away cos I'm disgusted with them & I'm afraid to get a punch from that vulgar-&-gay-looking NS man.
è Nasi-lemak at Changi village was yummy :) Had a filling supper & made our way to OCH & I'm telling u that è experience can squeeze into my top 10 horrible incident list :P è route itself was dark & not to mention billions of menacing looking red ants covered many parts of è walk way. When we reached è 1st path which leads up to OCH, we decided not to take it cos of some guard dogs & security personels. I looked at è ragged & dark looking building which is half buried in thick vegetations & shuddered. I can't believe I'm actually frightened. Well, it was totally different from what I expect, I don't expect è building to be that evil looking. è second route which is able to lead us into è hospital was super-duper-ly ulu as it was a flight of stairs realmed by dark & tall trees. We looked for è 3rd way to get in but this time we were stopped by è sight of police & è sight of a group of malay teenagers with 2 of them possessed at è bus stop across that hospital. It's a horrendous sight with è 2 possessed girls screaming their head off, squirming & shaking trying to break free from è holds of their friends. è fatter girl was slapped real hard by 2 of her girl friends but this doesn't put her to consiousness. This is è 1st time I've seen people getting slapped so hard & yet not returning one. I was walking on è road to avoid red ants but I scrambled back to è pavement when I saw that scene, I just want to get as far away from them as possible. I was frightened & that alone made me wanna get è hell out of that changi. I swear I'm never stepping into OCH at night.
It's past 11pm when we managed to get on a bus which seemed difficult to come by at that time. We missed è bus which came about 15mins ago probably because I'm è one flagging it... I know è stoopid driver saw me but he just refused to stop. According to some of them, I look like a ghost :P What è hell man, I need explanation on why I did not faint when I look into è mirror. Sometimes I pitied those bus no. 29 drivers. They had to drive through that area for a living & I'm sure they don't like that. I was over è moon when I got onto è bus, è lights & air-con on è bus sorta calmed me down big time. I was feeling rather fortunate that we didn't venture into OCH. It suddenly dawned on me that it's a Thursday night & according to Khas, è malays believed that spirits are è strongest on that particular day of è week. Khas even thought I purposely chose Thursday, how would I? Thank god. I was so enthusiastic in getting them to explore OCH, should anything happen to anyone of them I'll be so guilty. I believed we are not destinied to bump into these "unclean" stuff & this reminds me that maybe it's because Ning, Heather & me had done a kind deed before setting off to changi. An old aunty came up to us to beg for money at tampines central & we gave her all our coins. Don't laugh at this! Heather once gave someone all her coins when that person told her she had no money to get home or whatever. After that she realised she herself had no coins to take a bus but è driver gave her a free ride home :D Oh thank God again! Never under estimate è power of doing a kind deed.
Set off to Heather's place & reached there at a whopping 1am. Felt so fresh & smelt so good after bathing & changing into fresh clean clothes (which Heather lent me). I took too long in è bathroom I guess, when I got back everyone was hinting at it. Heh my apologies to è person after me :> Snugged into è warm comforters while listening to ghost stories, oh & I found out that I'm actually a lousy ghost story teller :P Stories which I thought scary turns into a joke when I repeated them to è others. Argh I'm never telling a ghost story again, I'll be more then happy to be è audience anyway :)
Enjoyed playing games è most although I was labeled Ju-on by some of them. Argh, ghost again?? & guess what? My sister told me I looked like Ju-on too (she watch it on thursday also)!!! Oh I'm so curious manx, I suddenly feel like watching Ju-on. Anyone wanna accompany me? Hehe :D Murderer was fun but not as addictive as è "da yu, xiao yu" (big fish, small fish..) game :D Yep & it's through this game that I found out that I am actually a very violent person HAHA! I'll be more then glad to grab any chance to hurl pillows at anyone (or è iron would be a better bet). Well, as violent as I sound, I ended up being è pathetic one who kena most slaps (on è back of our palms) & that hurts big time :( but that's where è fun of è game lies wasn't it? I've decided to nominate Khasrul to be è best slapper around LOL! He managed to slap è tears outta Ning manx! Hey Khasrul no need to feel upset lah. Look, è game wouldn't be fun if everyone hits one another gently right? I'm sure kind-soul Ning don't blame u either :) Heh, I went home with a lightly wounded left hand & seriously wounded right hand cos Sean & me continued playing sisscors paper stone with a penalty of hand slapping (when everyone stops playing da yu xiao yu). My left hand is still hurting so I decided to sacrifice my right hand instead... Well, that game wasn't very fair with Sean owning a pair of big/hard/strong hands. I think I won most of è games but still ends up with sorer hands compared to Sean's. Look, when I hit him, my left hand hurts, when he hits me, my right hand hurts. I think I should amputate both my hands... Okayyy I'm just exagerating :D
è monotonous part came when everyone starts to fall asleep. Poor Heather & Ning had nowhere to rest so they had to sleep on è floor. As for me, sleeping on è dresser wasn't any better :P I woke up with backache & numb arms (cos I'm resting my head on them for too long). Hey that's not what I expect, I told myself to just rest for awhile, who knows I visited dream land just like that. & I swear I heard someone snoring! Heather & I when to è next room to catch a short sleep. Finally a comfortable sofa bed awaiting me :) When I said a short sleep I really mean one, we woke up much earlier then è guys in è other room. Heather even took a picture of them sleeping LOL, oh u can check it out at è Photos galore section again :D Ha so funny, I think Jia Jue looks a like Haider in that picture LOL.
è guys went home earlier while Ning & me decided to stay for a little while longer. We ate noodles & played cards & when I got home it's 4 plus already :p Naughty Angie.
As dead beat as I am, it still brought a smile when I recalled everything from è night before. Feels so good to mingling with è old group of people again. è fond memories, è bonds & è sincerity are still intact. These are things that's hard to replace with other pals, 2E2 Still rawks!!! *cheers~!!!!!*
